At first I would like to recommend you my two applications that deserve special attention: RegMast and MMShooter. The first one is a program for editing registry parameters. You can configure hidden Windows settings and improve computer performance by using this application. The second project is a shoot'em up game. The program is still in the first stage of development, but our team is working intensively to finish this project in the shortest possible time.

I also recommend you my articles - especially those about special effects in 2d games where I described how to use Mercury Particle Engine to add effects to 2d game.
